
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean martial art known for its powerful kicks, dynamic movements, and focus on discipline and respect. Combining self-defense techniques, sport, and philosophy, Taekwondo helps practitioners improve physical fitness, mental focus, and self-confidence. It’s a structured and empowering way to develop both body and mind for all ages and skill levels.
Students in our classes will focus on developing or honing age-appropriate physical, mental, and emotional health through traditional and contemporary martial arts training. Throughout classes, students will develop confidence, discipline, and individual focus while engaging in individual and group workouts and drills. We do our best to work with all students no matter physical and learning ability, physical limitations, and age.
Offered Classes

Kids Class
Ages: 5-9
Mondays and Thursdays
5:30 to 6:15 pm

Juniors Class
Ages: 10-14
Mondays and Thursdays
6:30 to 7:30 pm

Adults Class
Ages: 15 and up
Mondays and Thursdays
7:45 to 8:45 pm

Beginners Class
